Challenges for Champions is a program set up by LUUWHC to push its members through a series gruelling challenges to help raise money for SUDEP Action.

Along with my LUUWHC team mates I will be:

1. Swimming the English Channel - 28th Feb
2. Trekking the Yorkshire three peaks in under 12 hours - 18th April
3. Running the Leeds half marathon - 10th May

As a club we are supporting SUDEP (sudden unexpected death in epilepsy) as a few years ago we tragically lost one of our members. SUDEP works towards helping and caring for bereaved families and to also raise awareness and money into further research. 

Any donation, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated.
