In memory of Bertie Hammersley, son of our friend and colleague Isabel,  to raise funds for the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance (DLRAA).

The Air Ambulance was on site within 13 minutes to try and help Bertie. They receive no Government or Lottery funding. The DRLAA is a registered charity and relies totally on public donations, fundraising activities and sponsorship. The average cost per mission is around £1000 and the annual basic running cost of the service is over £1.5 million.
