Heiya!

 

The Heswall Disabled Children's Holiday Fund is a charity which I have been giving up a week of my summer holiday for the past 4 years to help look after and entertain around 30 boys with physical or mental disablilities. 

As to help raise funds for Camp and help motivate those who want to live a healthy lifestyle, I've made such a bet at an agreed time frame for them to achieve their 6 pack. If they can show that they have a 6 pack, I will donate 20 pounds to the Charity. But if they fail, they will donate 20 pounds to the Charity. Simple as that.

This page was previously set up for me running the Bristol 10km, hence the comments and previous donation.
