After successfully completing the Women's Hydroactive 5K in September 2007, we decided to up the stakes this year and double the distance to 10K!!!!

Both Rachel and Alison will be running in the British 10K London Run on July 6th 2008 to raise money for the Beryl Skippen Fund - Samantha Dickson Brain Tumour Trust (SDBTT). Our aim is to raise as much money as possible to enable more research into brain tumours to occur, so please dig deep and sponsor us. Every little helps!!
