Dougie Mac Bike Ride · 22 May 2011

Douglas Macmillan Hospice (Dougie Mac) is the only hospice in Staffordshire supporting Children, Young Adults & Adults. Care is given to patients who are living with a life-limiting illness at our two sites and in the community. We also provide support for patients families and their carers.

Story

On Sunday 22nd May 2011, a team of keen cyclists from Beswicks Solicitors including Simon Woodings, Howard Heath, Anne Scheland and Gareth Wilkinson will be donning their lycra to cycle the 110 miles to Llangollen and back in aid of the Douglas Macmillan Hospice.

Douglas Macmillan Hospice provides specialist palliative care for adults across North Staffordshire and bordering areas, who have cancer and other life limiting illnesses, completely free of charge . The Hospice needs to raise over £7 million each year and with no association with any national charity or organisation bearing a similar name, the Hospice is dependent upon the continuing generosity of our supporters.

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
