This April I will be taking part in the Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge along with a group of LUUWHC's finest and RAG. The aim of this is to make it the 24.5 miles over Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in less than 12 hours, whilst raising as much money as possible for SUDEP Action.

SUDEP Action is a brilliant charity that offers support to families affected by epilepsy bereavement, and raises awareness and much needed funds for epilepsy research and the prevention of epilepsy related deaths. The charity is very close to the heart of LUUWHC following the death of one of our members Emily Sumaria in 2012 from epilepsy, and so I would appreciate any support you can give to this worthy cause.
