Story
My employer (The Property Centre) has challenged me to walk, swim, run or cycle a total of 28km in February in aid of St Richard’s Hospice.
They care for adults with a serious progressive illness, improving their quality of life from diagnosis, during treatment and to their last days. They also support their loved ones. They are an independent registered charity and it costs £8.8m a year to run their services. Approximately three quarters of their income comes from public donations, this includes gifts in Wills, one off or regular donations, fundraising events and personal challenges, trading, legacies and grants from trusts and business sponsorship. The remainder comes from the NHS. All money raised will help support St Richard's Hospice care to continue their amazing work.
