People dont realise how many people suffer with Crohn's Disease or even no what it is let alone what people go through. Many people dont know but last year my bowl burst after an operation to have more of my intestine removed and i nearly died resorting to my surgeon to put 2 colostomy bags. There is no cure...YET. However 15 people in the UK have had a  trial stem cell transplant and they think this could be a step forward to finally getting a cure! Im going to be the 16th person and Ive got a really good feeling about it.  

Things have to change and a cure needs to be found so people stop suffering in silence and have faith.
