<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>It is that time of year again and i am 'running' the BUPA Great Manchester Run on Sunday 15th May 2011. As always i am running on behalf of CAMEO-Aid, a small charity which works to provide edicational and medical equipment to some of the poorest parts of Africa. This work has included building classrooms in a school so it can house more pupils, providing educational supplies to help with children's learning, kitting out a maternity ward in Yambio, Southern Sudan, supporting some students through university and providing computers to&nbsp;a range of schools and hospitals.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>It is a very worthwhile cause and every little penny helps to improve conditions for some of the poorest people in Africa.
