My husband and I are taking part in this year's Great Scottish Swim on the 25th August, in support of Help for Heroes and in particular 'The Captain David Seath Memorial Fund’.

The fund was set up in memory of Captain David Seath who tragically died while running the 2016 London Marathon to raise funds for Help for Heroes.

The fund provides vital financial support to wounded, injured and sick personnel & veterans in partnership with Help for Heroes.

We hope to continue the great work they do by raising funds for this worthwhile cause.
