My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Two members of The Flying Foxes Side Saddle Display Team will be taking part in this year's Windor Ride, a unique day riding through some of England's most beautiful scenery, we'll be covering over eight miles, through the magnificent Royal Parkland over a cross country course consisting of over 20 jumps, all whilst riding side Saddle!

Each rider is sponsored, and since its inception, riders have raised in excess of £1,600,000 for Local, National and International charities. This year the charities being supported are Riding for the Disabled and Help for Heroes, both incredibly worthwhile charities.

The Lions Club of Windsor has raised around £2m through large and small events and corporate sponsorship. Not bad for a local charity club, however none of this would have been possible without its supporters and members - ordinary people doing extraordinary things! The club is part of the Lions Clubs International, the largest community service organisation in the world. It raises funds and provides services for those less fortunate locally, nationally and internationally.
