Me and two friends from university have decided to help raise money for a great charity called Link Community Development (LCD) by doing a sponsered hitchhike to Morocco over the Easter holidays.  LCD works to improve access to quality education and promote the health and wellbeing of young people in rural communities in Sub-Saharan Africa  and aims to improve education for children, giving them a chance to escape the poverty into which they've been born.  We are starting somewhere in England, (we haven't decided if we'll be doing it from Manchester or a bit further south yet) and hopefully ending up in Morocco about a week later, without spending any money along the way.  We need to raise at LEAST £350 each, so that's £1050 alltogether.
