I am very excited to be able to run in the London Marathon on 25 April this year, on behalf of the charity Independent Age. Independent Age helps older people on low incomes to live with dignity and peace of mind by providing a regular extra income, grants for emergencies, equipment to aid independence, and the support and friendship of volunteers. Visit their web site www.independentage.org.uk if you would like to learn more.
