Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. As a way of thanking Macmillan Cancer Support for their help during the time I was being treated for bowel cancer last year, I am going to do a sponsored walk for them in July 2011. The walk will be the 106 miles around the 7 valleys of Mont Blanc. This walk known as the TMB is one of the world's greatest walks, it should take me between 10 and 12 days allowing for the weather, also the heights gained, and lost. Overall on the walk I will have walked up some 30,000 feet and come down a similar amount. After the walk I will upload all my photos, and a written record of the walk. Please donate generously and remember that cancer affects 1 in 3 people, and it's people like Macmillan Cancer Support who provide so much support and help...Thanks for taking the time to read this and for sponsoring me...Bill

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
