On the 20th July I will be: Swimming 2.4mile. Cycling 112mile and Running 26.2mile at IRONMAN UK in Bolton.

In doing so I hope to raise £1500 for Macmillan Cancer Support. A lot of people have been affected or know someone who has been affected by cancer. Macmillan do invaluable work in supporting those who have.

I know times are hard, but any donation, no matter how small, would be gratefully received for this worthy cause.
