Dear Supporter

Thank you for visiting our JustGiving page.

We recently took part in the '3 Castles Halloween Bike Ride' in support of F.R.O.D.O (Foundation for the Relief of Disabled Orphans). The ride took place over Halloween and followed a route which started at the historic Brasov Fortress, involved a visit to Rasnov Castle and finished at Bran Castle, legendary haunt of the bloodthirsty count. A ride of some 50km in total. Not the longest ride in the World we admit, but distance is only part of the equation - when did you last see a castle at the bottom of a hill. Quite.

The idea behind the trip is to help F.R.O.D.O towards its £25,000 annual fund raising target to take a team of doctors to Romania in December 2009 and give up to 50 disabled orphans the chance to walk.

To be fair whilst we are very proud to be involved in any charity that supports orphans, we also acknowledge that the trip itself was going to be a lot fun as well as a biking challenge (as evidenced by some of the photos!). With this in mind we have already donated the minimum sponsorship required to cover costs. Therefore any donation, whatever the amount, goes direct to F.R.O.D.O. rather than covering any of our costs or the purchase of garlic, crucifixes etc.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Justgiving sends your donation straight to F.R.O.D.O and automatically reclaims Gift Aid if you're a UK taxpayer, so your donation is worth even more.

We hope you'll join us in supporting F.R.O.D.O and its wonderful work for orphaned disabled children.

Fangs a million!
