<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit Bill Hirst's JustGiving page.</p> <p>Arthur Lawrence Hirst aka Billy sadly passed away on 25th September 2011 in St Michaels Hospice, Basingstoke from Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease (CJD). After spending many years abroad we would like his friends to have the opportunity to raise money for charity, the same way dad did his whole life. The family would like to thank St Micheals hospice for making his last resting place loving and peaceful.</p> <p>The hospice has to raise &pound;7,000 a day to stay open, the amount above will pay for the care they kindly donated to dad without hesitation.
