Way of the Roses · 16 August 2013

We are a Colchester based charity which provides specialist palliative and end of life care to local people facing incurable illness in north east Essex, supporting them, their families, friends and carers.

Story

Myself, David Blackmore and Andy McIntyre plan to do the Way of the Roses on the 16th August 2013

It's a cycle route from the west coast of England to the east coast. It's 170 miles from Morcambe to Bridlington and we plan to do this over 3 days

You can find out about it here http://www.wayoftheroses.co.uk/

We would love for you to donate some money to a local charity that I think deserves some recognition - St Helena's Hospice. They do tremendous work to help people with terminal illnesses enjoy their lives.

We have a target figure of £250 - we were going to do the ride anyway - so we thought we might as well do it for charity.

Every penny you donate will be straight to the charity. Accomodation, travel and any other requirements will be at our own expense.

So please donate if you can.

Thank you very much!
