Story
On 22nd September this year I will be undertaking the biggest physical challenge of my life so far - to dance a marathon!
Only one man on earth has been known to dance a marathon so far, and this year I'll be joining him (for a small part of the journey!) as he dances his way from John O' Groats to Land's End in a bid to raise money for, and awareness about, the situation in Burma. If you have any spare pennies please show your support by donating to LearnBurma and its partner organisations, who are all working hard to bring about change in Burma at this vital time in its history.
LearnBurma is partnered with four other exceptional organisations – AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL, PROSPECT BURMA, BURMA CAMPAGN UK and PARTNERS RELIEF & DEVELOPMENT, all for a better Burma. Dance Britain comes at a crucial time, as the possibility of change looks more and more likely within the country, and the need for support is greater than ever.
In comparison to the 50 marathons Ben will be dancing, the measly one I'm joining in for may not sound like much, but it is certainly challenge enough for me! Hopefully we can have some fun and raise some funds on the way!
Thanks for visiting my page and supporting me in my moment of madness :)
