<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.8pt; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;"><span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; color: black;">This event will aim to break the current record for the ’longest</span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; color: black;"> marathon aerobics / exercise class’. <br /> </span><span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; color: black;">By teaching a Brazillian jiu-jujitsu and Mixed Martial Arts Class while raising money for Keech Hospice who care for children with life limiting illnesses.<span> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 16.8pt; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;"><span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; color: black;">I have been teaching various forms of martial arts for over 28 years during this time I have seen how it builds confidence particularly in young people and children, this is why I have chosen Keech Hospice to receive the money raised during the event.</span></p>

They make each day count for these children, and make sharing the best quality time with their families possible through such difficult times. Keech Hospice rely on donations such as this for 75 per cent of the funds needed to supply this service each year, that is why it is so important to get involved. </span></p>
