I am running 4 mud runs this year and these are,                                                                     

16th may- Nuclear rush.                                       

1st August- Mudnificent 7.                                   

19th September- Spartan race.                           

31st October- Zombie evacuation race

Though these are hard going they are also great fun! For these runs I am asking people to sponsor me in aid of little Ruby to try and raise some more money towards the treatment that Ruby needs.
