Having run a lot of normal marathons, I now have a compelling urge for things more adventurous so whilst my knees last am combining marathons with more stunning locations whilst supporting some great causes. 

Sometimes you come across worthwhile causes and issues that aren't as newsworthy and compelling as others and that just make you think twice about your own level of privilege. The plight of the Saharawi.

So I'm off to the desert to live with these people for a week and run a marathon. Seriously can't wait.
