John and I completed the 10k run on sunday.It was great fun and the course was brilliant( although the description of huge hills as undulating was a bit scary)  . I completed the run in 1 hour 2 minutes which I was quite pleased with and Johns time was 1 hour dead which was a brilliant effort ( I think he had a bike hidden half way round !)

 

A big thank you to everybody who was kind enough to sponsor us. We have exceeded our original target  and I am sure there is still more to come.
