<p>For this years Boxing Day dip in the sea I am raising money for Build IT International. I'll be&nbsp;going in fancy dress and promise not to wear a wetsuit.</p> <p>The charity helps to build much needed&nbsp;schools and health clinics&nbsp;in Zambia. They also train Zambians in building skills so they can go on to find work in construction and support their families.</p> <p>In November, I had the pleasure of meeting Kelvin, one of the people who Build IT have trained. It was a humbling experience meeting this man. The charity helped Kelvin to learn how to build and he is now able to support his family of 11.
