Hello Everyone

Ordinarily, I wouldn't bother my friends, family and colleagues for money in this way, but I have a friend who recently had a cancer scare and had to undergo a pretty horrific year long treatment regime. He is now in the recovery phase and intends to run the Bristol Half marathon in an attempt to raise a small amount for the charities that have helped him. To make life even more difficult for himself, he is running in a Bob the Builder outfit!! Having recently jogged around the Cardiff and Bath half marathon myself, I vowed "never again", but I have become one of Bob's helpers, joined his team, and will be jogging alongside Paul in September.

I am trying to assist Paul reach his target, by raising £500 myself. So if you have a few coppers to spare, this fat wheezy 51 year old would be eternally grateful.
