Friends... Its simple. throughout this year and next, I am doing a number of physical challenges that will generally make me want to moan, whimper, cry and lord knows what else.

Why? because I want to.

Why else? to raise money for a fantastic cause who fight, alleviate and raise awareness of Lupus - an incurable condition affecting many. Including people close to me and maybe you.
