The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

'Who fancies riding 4.5 miles for charity?' They said. 'No problem' I replied; I figured even I could manage that, even though I haven't so much as sat on a bike for thirty years. Turns out it's not 4.5 miles - it's 45 miles - forty-five! - I really should get my hearing checked out....

Anyway, I'm committed now and in training. It's for a great cause and I know there are lots of demands on your money theses days but if you could spare a few bob, I'd be very grateful..

....Now, where's that Ibuprofen...?
