WE DID IT!!!!!!

STARTING IN DARKNESS AT DUNS GC 0620 HRS AND FINISHING AT EYEMOUTH GC 1900HRS WE'VE RAISED WELL OVER A £1000 AS A GROUP!!!   MORE DONATIONS WELCOME THOUGH!

Here's the story.... 

Daniel Wood my good friend who's the PGA Golf Professional at the Hirsel Golf club came up with the idea, why dont we try and squeeze 3 rounds (54 holes) of golf into one September day for charity.  The only catch is one round usually takes about 4 hours to play, the 3 Berwickshire courses he chose to play are separated by approx 36 miles! 

Dan asked myself Roddy Perryman, Keith Burgon & Allen Whellan's all to participate with him as a fourball to try and raise as much cash as possible for Cancer Research uk.

We duly accepted Dan's invite and are well and truly up for the challenge.

Here's the Details:

Saturday 10th September 2011

Round1 0630hrs Duns Golf Club

Round 2 1100hrs Hirsel Golf Club

Round 3 1600hrs Eyemouth Golf Club

Mission accomplished by Dusk...hopefully!!!! (Although I play better when I cant see the hole!).
