Roe Matt and Paula are swimming 1 mile in Lake Windermere on 15th June 2013.

Lets hope the weather is nice; it's been a bit chilly training in Salford Quays, but fun!!.

As always Carole will be missed and in our thoughts. She would be shouting from the side and carrying flasks of hot coffee and cake!
