To all my motocross family and friends.

 We have all used St Johns Ambulance at some point at a race meeting,and if you are not aware our meetings cannot take place without their attendance, they are all voulenteers, and without them giving up their weekends for us we couldn't do what we love,

I for 1 have a great debt of graditude to them after my "off" back in september 2009, without their speedy assisstance I probally wouldn't be here today asking for your sponsership.

 

I fully understand monies are tight all round at the moment, but if you could spare that small amount to help me reach my target it would be great,
