So Next Tuesday 7th June..I will be abseiling down the side of the KPMG Building in London.

I am totally scared of heights, and I am a fool for doing this. As I create this page my knees are trembling and my hands are sweating. My feet are actually tingling...as if I am already up there!

 

WHY am I doing this?

 

Because I am a generous and giving soul? NO!

 

I am doing this because I have a big mouth and I accidentally talked myself into it!

 

HOW did that happen?

 

I made the schoolboy error of making fun of my colleagues for not signing up to it, completely forgetting that they could turn around and say "Well, why don't YOU sign up for it then!?!!".

 

After all that big talk that I was giving, there was no way for me to back down.

 

I hate heights, I hate heights, I ..hate...heights...

 

WHAT do I need from you (and your wallets)?

 

I have 5 days to reach a raise £200. Well actually, KPMG have set me a target of £150 that I need to raise for me to do this. HOWEVER, Nils has offered to donate £200 if i DON'T do this. SO, she has increased my target to £200.  

So consider this a bidding war...You all vs Nils.

 

Whilst Nils wants me to live with all my limbs still intact (Not because she loves me!... but because she wants to make sure I can attend our wedding).

 

You all are bidding to ensure that I cry, wet myself and get publicly humiliated (or best case, fall to a painful death)!

 

And if you like children, what Bernado's do for them, charities, etc...then I suppose you could take that into consideration too!
