This year (2014) Bramhall Runners is supporting The Katie Thorburn Foundation as one of their nominated charities, supporting and remembering a very brave and inspirational individual, Katie Thorburn.  Katie charity was a recommendation by Ann Luckock who is the mother of Ailsa MacFarlane.  Ailsa and Katie were at school together at Stockport Grammar.
