Thank
you for taking the time to open this link :D
With your help, a group of friends and myself will hopefully
jump out of a plane at 10,000 feet! No we are not crazy, the jump is in aid of
a very special charity; Alder Hey’s IMAGINE APPEAL. This Charity has been
chosen as my niece, Abi Jones age 10, was diagnosed on Christmas Eve last year
with Leukaemia.
Abi attends Alder Hey in Liverpool frequently for treatment of
the vicious cancer. This past year has been very tough for both Abi, and my family. Abi
has been unable to attend school and therefore missed out on spending time with
her friends socialising; like a little 10 year old girl should. Instead Abi
spends her time in hospital, which thanks to the staff at Alder Hey and the
facilities they have provided, has been made as pleasant as it can be.
A year on and Abi has made amazing progress, however the
journey to full recovery is still long. So please show your support and donate
to Alder Hey’s charity, the IMAGINE Appeal. The target amount shown above is ONLY the minium amount of sponsorship money needed to raise in order for the jump to go ahead, we would idealy love to raise more for the amazing charity. So please dig deep when donating :D
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally
secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving as they will never sell them on
or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they will send your money directly to
the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by
an UK taxpayer. So it is the most efficient way to donate to such a fantastic
charity.
People doing the skydive include:

As there are a good number of us actually daring to jump out of plane, the total
target to reach is quite high, however with your support we know it can be
reached!!
Also do not hesitate to come along on the day to watch and
show your support further. Those who wish to come along I will post information
about time and location nearer to the month of February. Up until then, the
group of adrenaline junkies will be raising money through various events, so look out for us! Also the local newspaper has
shown an interest in this exciting, worthwhile event, so keep your eyes peeled.
Thank you again, and make sure you spread the word in aid of
brave Abi and the IMAGINE Appeal.
