Why have i chosen Alzheimers as my charity. I could have chosen Cancer as both my parents died from it, but Mum had Alzheimers and as a family we watched it strip her of everything she held dear in her life, to the point where she no longer knew or recognised us We lost mum long before she left this world, it was heartbreaking to watch. We need more research into this dreadful illness, It won,t help mum but hopefully your generous donation will help others in this situation, maybe even a member of your family, x x
