Story

I am doing this 5 k run for fun and hoping I can raise some money for my choosen charity The Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA).

MNDA is a fabulous charity.  As a community Occupational Therapist I work with people who have MND and find the MNDA a most valuable resource.  They provide support for families, loan equipment such as communication aids and chairs that help people stand.  They provide much more than the NHS currently offers and thanks to them the lives of people living with MND and so much more improved.  If you want to know more about the MNDA and the difference they make to people with MND and their families please see this website -http://www.mndassociation.org/

If you don't donate to the charity here you can do so directly on the MNDA website.
