The London to Brighton Bike Ride has fond memories for me. More than a quarter of a century ago, when I was much fitter, slimmer and had  a lot more hair I had a great day cycling the route, and now have been roped in for another go with Adam and Ben... I've got three months to lose some excess weight and get on my twenty five year old bike for another go!

I'm really looking forward to sharing the experience with the boys. I am sure we can raise some much needed cash for the British Heart Foundation.
