On the 10/12/16, in aid of the Irish Cancer Society, I will be performing two fitness challenges.

I will have a combined total of 60 minutes (2 x 30 minute sessions) to complete:

a) 150 Chin Ups + 150 Push Ups

b) 150 Burpees, 400 Air Squats & 400 Braced Sit Ups
