Thanks again Brian Jnr and Family
Brian Cox Snr and Jnr are doing a parachute jump on the 30th Oct 2010. We are hoping to raise as much money for a great organisation called Bobath.
Bobath are a therapy centre for children with Cerebral Palsy. One child going through a five week course cost around four thousand pounds, so Bobath rely heavily on funds from charities & sponsorships.
My son Kieran was born with Cerebral Palsy and couldn’t do any of the things that we take for granted, sitting, talking even holding his head up. Kieran’s first visit to Bobath was back in 2009 at the age of 4. Since Kieran’s therapy, his head and arm control has improved, his eye contact is now at the stage where he notices the slightest thing and doesn’t miss a trick, he even tells us his story’s and communicates to us in his own way.
Bobath not only help the children but give much needed support to parents who require tips and techniques on how to cope with their child. This involves advice on lifting, holding, feeding and playing, which is among some of the assistance they provide.
Bobath are a much needed organisation, as the work they do is crutial to families like ours, so please help by donating whatever you can, so Bobath can continue doing a great job.
Thank you Bobath for all your help with Kieran.
Brian Cox Jnr & family.
