I am running GEAR 10k (Grand East Anglian Run) for the 4th time and decided that this time I would like to help a local charity, The Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House based in Snettisham, Norfolk. GEAR is a brilliant run around the historic parts and the shopping centre of King's Lynn, starting and ending in the Tuesday Market Place.  It is always busy with great support with runners coming from all over and from spectators lining the course to boost your moral in those final km's.  I missed out last year due to injury but still supported GEAR by being a marshal.
