Oh no, here we go again! 

Mind you, at least this one just takes a day ... and it's in Leeds.  That's the bright side.  The dark side is that it's 337 feet above Leeds and is the heighest abseil in the north of England.  To be totally honest with you I am absolutely bricking it!
