Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.    Next April, after training through the cold winter months, Sam, Matt, Ed and George are running the Brighton Marathon for the Charity AGE UK.    We are all strong believers in the work that AGE UK do for the elderly in this country, and hope to help contribute significantly to their visions and practice of caring and improving the lives of those who need it. We would hugely appreciate anything you can give, be it big or small to our target. So please dig deep and donate now.    Please see below for a quick biography on each of the runners;    Name: Matthew Stoddart Age: 23   Looking more like Paul O’Grady than Paula Radcliffe, don’t be fooled. Matt has nurtured his speed to be fully prepared for this ‘walk in the park’. He may turn like a sun dial on a football pitch, but after all, this is a marathon not a sprint.   Name: Sam Weston Age: 23   Usually more accustomed of late to a course of antibiotics than a marathon course. Sam has gone to the extremes in his training, removing all excess hair for streamlining, reducing his subway intake to less than 3 a day, and even running on Friday and Saturday nights, although usually after women in bars. He is one to watch out for, in case he doesn't turn up.   Name: Ed Tully Age: 23   For once in his sporting career, Ed won’t be running after an egg shaped ball. The days of running up the lane to catch the last bus back to civilisation are paying their dues now, Ed the ‘Real Boy’ Tully will well prepared to take on the challenge.   Name: George Crow Age: 22   A few months ago, George couldn’t run his own bath… now he’s got the leggings, thermals and ‘Fat Boy Crow’ running shoes, he just needs to learn how to put them all on. The target time of four hours may be a bridge too far, as the closest George will get to 4 is his golf handicap.
