On Sunday 17th June I will be cycling from London to Brighton as part of TEAM KANE FM to raise money for The British Heart Foundation.

This cause is one near and dear to me. My grandfather died of coronary heart disease when I was just 1 year old so I never got a chance to get to know him. I'll be busting my butt riding further than I ever thought possible - 57 miles!! - in memory of my granddad so please take a minute to donate whatever you can. Even the smallest amount is appreciated.
