It seems I have been talked into a somewhat interesting challenge. Having not done a long bike ride for some years, in fact the furthest ever being the 65 mile London to Brighton back in the 90s, riding from Cologne to Brighton seemed like a good idea on paper, while in the pub, drinking, I blame Beaven and Priestman..

So now here I am, dusting off the Raleigh Commando, signed up for a three day, 318 mile cycle ride, please, please dig deep and donate now.
