To help raise money for an amazing venture, I am going to participate in a demanding bike ride in the North of Israel, this November.
Over the 5 days the 20 of us will each cycle 500 kilometres, beginning with a gruelling climb from the Western Galilee continuing through the ”Switzerland of Israel”, encountering climbs that make the Himalayas seem like mole hills and finally descending back to the Galil.
OPTION 1: Join me in training 3 times a weeks for 6 hours of sweat, tears and sometimes blood.

The purpose of the ride is to raise funds for people with special needs, both in Israel and here in the UK. In Israel we are going to fund the renovation of the Cochav Centre in Metzuba – a vocational rehabilitation centre (which we will visit while there) and in the UK we will fund activities for Delamere Forest School, near Chester, which looks after children with autism and other learning difficulties.
No need to split your donation if you know a few of the cyclist, all moneys raised are as a team. Please think of me as I am trudging up those mountains – I certainly will be thinking of you and thanking you for your support!
