Thank you for visiting, guys. For the past few months I've been working on my running just for fitness, but I also wanted some goals and a decent distance run like the Briz 10k seemed like the perfect one. It also offered me a chance to do something for charity and I went about looking for one that means something to me.

GamesAid improve people's quality of life through the medium of video gaming, which for those of you who know me will know I consider to be a perfectly viable and sensible approach to life - indeed I make a living from very similar principles!
