Hi There

I am not sure how I have ended up here, training for the London 10K, feeling my age and creaking in the joints. However what I do know is that places like Whitechapel Mission make a vital contribution to our society, helping homeless people in our Capital City, many of whom are ex-military, and in desparate need of our help.

Please give what you can, it all goes to a good cause, and this event is the major fund raiser for the year. To top it all off, my company have agreed to double the amount raised, so lets go for it.
