Contrary to popular belief this is not a ploy for me to get my hands on the as yet untapped oil reserves under the arctic (although the thought had crossed my mind). As most of you will know I'm a keen dog lover (having a couple of weimerarners myself) and one of my New Years resolutions was to do more for charity. Dogs Trust was my chosen charity for this year so I sponsor a dog with them. Next year they're holding an Arctic Expedition to raise funds for the charity so I've decided to sign myself up for it!
