My story
You may or may not be aware that I have managed to get a place in the London marathon this year with a great charity called The Beacon.
The Beacon helps people affected by cancer and other serious, long-term illnesses. It is hugely stressful for a family when someone they love is very ill, they offer a wide range of services from psychology workshops to aromatherapy to help patients and their families cope with what is happening.
I am going to be running the London Marathon (26 extra long miles… Ekkkk I must be crazy!) for the first time and it happens to be the Olympic Year so I am very excited! I would be grateful for any contribution from you or your company, which would enable me to reach my goal of raising £500.00.
