I am travelling to Malawi for a 3 week tour where I will be visiting and volunteering at many places including St Andrew's Orphanage, Malama Feeding centre, a premature baby unit and Chimbowe Primary Schools. 

I will be running the Major Series North 10K Mud Run on the 18th March in order to raise money for these organisations and any donations would be greatly appreciated!
