"On Thursday 22nd Sept, Steve (or Budgie as many of us knew and loved him) died at St Christopher's Hospice. It had been an incredible battle over the last 3 years, and when he did at last die, it was with the same fight that sustained him through his treatment and final weeks."

Jo has requested no flowers except for immediate family but
